The customer goes to the following terms of agreement riemenxl when an online order is placed.

Ordering:
Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Have you within 24 hours received no mail? Please contact us using the contact button in the menu.
Orders can by riemenxl, without explanation, be refused or canceled. Orders will be as soon as possible after receipt of payment sent. You will receive an email once your order is shipped.

Prices:
All prices in the store include VAT and Shipping costs that are fixed for packages up to 10 kg € 2,75 on orders over € 65.00 you pay no shipping.
For packages abroad when ordering select “send in” EUR1.

Payment:
You can choose from several payment options: IDEAL or prepayment. All prices are in Euro amounts. At IDEAL we calculate transaction costs € 0.43. Payment via iDEAL only within the Netherlands. After you have paid your order will be shipped as soon as possible to you. You will receive an email once your order is shipped.

Cancellation:
An order may, for whatever reason, via e-mail within one hour after confirmation canceled quoting the order number. After the sale is closed and payment is expected.

Shipping:
Riemenxl is NOT responsible for any loss, late receipt or damage of packages. It is possible, for an additional fee, to insure your package. This can be noted when placing the order. If your order is shipped you will receive an email always.

Returning:
Before returning your purchase please within 3 days of receipt contact with riemenxl. Once approved for return shipping, the purchase to us within 5 days back. Costs for return are always borne by the buyer. In return items without exchange, we need your name, account number and order number. After confirming riemenxl the article may be returned (properly packaged and postage prepaid) Your purchase price will be refunded to your account as soon as possible. Unstamped and COD shipments are NEVER accepted and will therefore return to sender. Obviously returned items are unused and undamaged. In an apparent riemenxl error (wrong size / color / model or similar), the cost of sending back the expense of riemenxl and will subsequently be reimbursed to you.

NOTE:
Items made in "order", or by a request can not be returned nor exchanged.

Complaints / questions:
With complaints or questions you can at any time, via email, sign in riemenxl, using the contact button in the menu. I try in all fairness and in consultation with you to a solution.
